What ChartPump receives, what becomes public evidence, what stays in your browser, and what choices you have.
This Privacy Policy explains the information ChartPump handles when you visit the site, connect a wallet, create or enter a campaign, edit a profile, claim a prize, or submit settlement evidence.
In this policy, “ChartPump,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of chartpump.com.
Solana is a public blockchain. A wallet address is not necessarily a real name, but its activity can be linked to a person. We therefore treat wallet and campaign data with care even when it is already public on-chain.
ChartPump receives information from you, your browser and wallet, the public Solana network, supported market feeds, campaign creators, and the operator.
We use this information to authenticate wallets, operate campaigns, detect qualifying activity, issue and void tickets, run and verify draws, process claims, verify manual settlements, maintain creator balance, show public receipts, operate notifications, understand product funnels and feature use, diagnose usability and reliability problems, prevent replay and abuse, investigate incidents, fix the service, and answer requests.
ChartPump does not use private keys, does not build or sign a user’s trades, and does not use personal information for cross-site behavioural advertising.
ChartPump is built around public evidence. Campaign pages and public APIs may publish full or shortened creator and participant wallet addresses, transaction signatures, buys, observed sells, transfer-related ticket disqualifications, ticket numbers, campaign rules and state, draw evidence, winner and alternate assignments, claim state, payout state, and finalized receipts. Optional profile names and avatars can appear beside that activity. Profile bios are stored for profile editing but are not currently included in the public campaign ledger.
Public campaign and blockchain evidence may be copied, indexed, or preserved by other people and services. Removing it from ChartPump cannot remove it from Solana or from copies made elsewhere. Telegram campaign notifications can also include campaign state and shortened public wallet information.
ChartPump keeps information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, secure it, resolve claims, and preserve the integrity of public campaign, draw, balance, and settlement evidence. Authentication challenges, sessions, technical logs, profiles, media, and operational records can have different retention periods.
Some campaign, claim, moderation, draw, and payment records are deliberately durable or append-only so a result cannot be silently rewritten. Public blockchain data is permanent. We do not promise that every record can be erased on request, but we will assess requests against the purpose of the record, technical limits, safety needs, and applicable law.
Updating a profile or campaign reference does not guarantee immediate removal of a previously published R2 object, cached image, Telegram message, or copy held by another person or service.
You can use ChartPump without creating an optional public profile, edit your profile information, disconnect your wallet, disable live sound, enable a browser Do Not Track signal, and clear ChartPump site data in your browser. Do not submit campaign or profile material that you do not want displayed publicly.
You may ask to access or correct information linked to you, raise a privacy concern, or request deletion where it is possible by emailing hello@chartpump.com. We may ask you to sign a wallet message or provide other evidence before acting on a wallet-linked request. A request cannot erase Solana activity or public copies held by others.
ChartPump uses wallet-signature verification, short-lived challenges, replay protection, signed time-limited session cookies, access controls, rate limits, and operational monitoring. Login challenge records retain cryptographic hashes rather than the reusable raw login signature. Winner-claim signatures are retained as settlement evidence as described above. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
ChartPump and its infrastructure providers may process information in more than one country. Those locations and legal protections can differ from your own. The categories sent to each provider are described above and depend on the service it supplies.
ChartPump is intended only for people aged 18 and over. We do not collect dates of birth or operate an age-verification or location-screening system. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can assess it.
We may update this policy as ChartPump changes. The effective date and version at the top identify the current published policy. Material changes will be published on this page.
For a privacy question, correction, request, or complaint, email hello@chartpump.com. Please do not include a seed phrase, private key, or other wallet secret.
