The practical rules for using ChartPump as a player, campaign creator, winner, or promoter. They describe the boutique service that exists today.
These Terms govern your use of ChartPump. By connecting a wallet, entering or creating a campaign, claiming a prize, or submitting settlement evidence, you agree to these Terms and the rules published on the relevant campaign page. You may browse public evidence without connecting a wallet. If you do not agree, do not use ChartPump’s interactive features.
You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding agreement, and permitted to use ChartPump where you live. ChartPump does not currently verify age or location, so this is your responsibility.
In these Terms, “ChartPump,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the operator of chartpump.com.
ChartPump is a best-effort Pump and PumpSwap buy-to-win monitoring service. During a campaign window, it observes supported public Solana activity, applies the published ticket rules, freezes the active captured ticket ledger at close and, when the published draw conditions are met, runs a reproducible draw and publishes claim and settlement evidence.
ChartPump does not execute swaps, take custody of a buyer’s trading funds, recommend a token, guarantee a token’s value, or promise that a project is trustworthy. A trade happens through an external venue and on Solana, not through ChartPump.
Each campaign page publishes its token mint, opening and closing time, ticket unit, prize, winner split, bonus setting, funding mode, and current state. The Field Manual explains the shared mechanics. The specific values shown on the campaign page apply to that campaign.
A PumpAPI message is only a low-latency hint. ChartPump issues tickets only after the exact transaction is decoded and retained from the primary Solana RPC at finalized commitment. The live board is provisional until the campaign closes and the active ticket ledger is frozen.
If these Terms and a campaign page differ about that campaign’s token, timing, prize, ticket threshold, winner split, bonus, or funding mode, the campaign page controls those campaign-specific values. These Terms continue to govern use of the service.
Some historical campaigns predate these Terms and the current lifecycle. Their public page and retained evidence describe their actual rules and outcome; these Terms do not retroactively recast an internal-alpha campaign as a current operated campaign.
ChartPump is designed for live operation, but public networks and data providers can pause or fail. If a recorded capture gap overlaps a campaign, ChartPump may hold completion while it replays only the affected interval through the primary RPC and resolves relevant failed work.
When the close checks pass, the active captured ledger is frozen and becomes the campaign record. Later archive or diagnostic scans do not revoke captured tickets or replace that frozen ledger. If completion evidence cannot yet be established, the campaign remains held for operator resolution and cannot snapshot or record a no-draw. Before draw commitment, the operator may STOP the campaign with a public notice; the evidence remains retained.
A campaign draws only when its published minimum number of eligible wallets is met. Winners are unique wallets. ChartPump commits an off-chain seed, combines it with a signed NIST randomness pulse, shuffles the frozen ticket ledger, and publishes enough evidence to replay the result. This is auditable, but it is not an on-chain VRF, ORAO draw, or trustless smart contract.
Each winning wallet has 24 hours to claim. A claim assignment already showing a later deadline keeps that exact displayed deadline. If the primary claim expires, up to two deterministic alternates receive the same 24-hour window. There is no redraw and the operator cannot pick a replacement winner. When no further alternate exists or the ladder is exhausted, that prize rank is unawarded.
A claim must be signed by the exact winning wallet and binds the campaign, assignment, destination, asset, and amount. The claim signature spends no funds and does not itself send the prize.
Every ChartPump payout is handled manually. The application has no payment signer and cannot send SOL or tokens by itself. The campaign page identifies which of the following prize modes applies.
For current reservation-backed campaigns, unused deposited value from a no-draw, cancellation, operator STOP, or unawarded prize rank is released to a creator-specific reusable campaign balance. An exact deposit captured by the balance ledger after a campaign has been stopped also becomes matching creator balance; it does not reopen the campaign. Historical deposits that predate a matching reservation remain recorded for operator handling and are not represented as automatically reusable.
Creator balance can be used only for an eligible future campaign with the same authenticated creator identity and wallet, asset, and disclosed prize wallet. It is an internal reservation ledger, not a bank account, cash balance, automatic refund, or promise of withdrawal. ChartPump does not currently provide a self-service withdrawal or automatic return-transfer function. Contact the operator before funding if these balance terms do not work for you.
The current operated-campaign list price is 0.50 SOL. A founding campaign credit of 0.50 SOL leaves 0 SOL due today. This creator service fee is separate from buyers, prize value, and reusable creator balance.
Any future positive fee will be shown before a creator launches and will not be added retroactively. Buyers do not pay this fee, and it is not deducted from a prize or creator balance.
A campaign creator must not falsely claim affiliation with a token or project and must have the rights needed for any project name, logo, images, copy, or other material they submit. The creator must provide accurate campaign information and, when using promoter pledge mode, must be ready and able to make every promised payment.
For a deposited prize, the creator authorises the exact deposit or creator-balance reservation and the manual payment of awarded amounts to valid claimants. Signing the campaign launch publishes the exact campaign rules but does not itself spend SOL.
By submitting campaign material, the creator gives ChartPump a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, resize, display, and distribute that material only as needed to operate, preserve, and promote the campaign and its public evidence.
Do not manipulate campaign evidence, spoof wallets or transactions, replay signed requests, evade rate limits, attack the service, spam campaigns, interfere with another user, or use ChartPump for unlawful or misleading activity.
ChartPump may hold completion when close checks require it. The operator may hide or restore public visibility, publish or clear a public notice, or STOP a campaign before draw commitment when needed to protect the service, users, or evidence. STOP cannot choose a winner or overwrite a committed draw. Moderation retains the underlying campaign, ledger, draw, and payment evidence.
Token prices can move quickly and a token can lose all value. Solana transactions are generally irreversible. Wallets, RPC providers, Pump, PumpSwap, PumpAPI, hosting providers, and other third-party systems can fail or change. ChartPump does not control them and cannot reverse or refund an external trade.
Nothing on ChartPump is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decide for yourself whether to trade or participate, protect your wallet, verify every wallet prompt, and never share a private key or seed phrase.
ChartPump is provided as a best-effort service. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, exhaustive indexing of every chain event, a profitable trade, a claim by a winner, or a promoter’s performance of a pledge.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, ChartPump is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, token price movement, an external trade, loss caused by a user’s wallet security, or a third party outside ChartPump’s reasonable control.
We may update these Terms for future use of ChartPump. The effective date and version at the top identify the published terms. A later update does not silently change the already-published prize, ticket, or winner rules of an existing campaign.
